The boys got their orange belts in tae kwon do this week
They had to show the class & the instructors they knew the forms
AiiYaah!
They had to do round kicks and side kicks
The whole class was promoted one belt level

ReplyDeleteMy best friend's boy has been learning karate for some years now. He reached the junior black belt level and now trains with the adults (and helps with the little kids too). It has done him a lot of good - he has learned discipline and confidence, as well as fitness, concentration and karate skills. It has been a good sport for him and I think his parents were very glad they helped him to choose it.
