Good luck! Especially with the billing issue, those can take lots of time and transfers to many different departments and supervisors.

I don't think I have to tell you that your #3 is VERY VERY IMPORTANT.
I'm still mourning the loss of my hard drive, as I sit here and watch carbonite restore my files ... one at a time. Only 52,000 more to go.
