It's a sort of go cart style thing that Havoc designed and DH built from stuff we had on hand. It's an old infant car seat on a busted metal wagon frame reinforced with wood planks. Mostly the boys haul each other and others around by rope but they discovered they can sort of steer with the rope &the ground levels enough that they stop before they crash into the wire fence.

Relieved that no-one was hurt!! Not sure even holding the camera is safe when that sport's going on! ;-)
